Axe Throwing is a modern form of axe throwing that features interactive games and digital targets. Every throw is automatically recorded, and you play a variety of game modes instead of just aiming at a standard board.
Yes. You’ll receive clear instructions from an instructor beforehand, and supervision is provided during the game. The lanes are set up so that participants can throw safely.
Participants must be at least 16 years old. Participants aged 16 and 17 must be accompanied by at least one adult.
A consent form must be signed in advance by a parent or guardian.
Yes. Most participants have never thrown an axe before. During the practice round, you’ll learn the proper technique step by step.
An Axepert ( instructor from Noordkade Uitjes) will be on hand to observe and help you with tips and techniques whenever needed so you can quickly master the art of throwing.
Axe Throwing lasts 60 minutes. This includes a brief introduction, after which you’ll immediately start playing various interactive games.
Axe Throwing can be played with a minimum of 2 people. There are 4 indoor lanes, making it possible to play with up to 24 people at the same time.
Is your group larger? Then Axe Throwing can be combined with another activity from Noordkade Uitjes.
Yes. Axe Throwing is perfect for company activities, team-building events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties. The game elements and competitive nature make it a fun activity for groups.
Please note: Axe Throwing is an alcohol-free activity. No alcohol may be consumed during the activity, and participation is only permitted if no alcohol has been consumed beforehand.

When you come to throw axes with us, you must be sober. The use of alcohol or drugs before or during the activity is not permitted.
Our throwing coaches have the right to refuse participation if you’re under the influence or if there’s any doubt.
Yes. Axe Throwing can be easily combined with other activities offered by Noordkade Uitjes, and optionally with lunch, dinner, or drinks at de Noordkade.
