Escape Room Children’s Parties

Yes. At Noordkade Uitjes , we offer various activities suitable for children’s parties, such as escape rooms and sim racing. The activities are suitable for different age groups, and several packages are available.

Supervision is always provided during the activity. In the meantime, parents are welcome to relax at one of the restaurants or cafes on de Noordkade.

Children ages 6 and up can participate in our escape rooms, provided they are accompanied by an adult.

• Ages 6–13: Only available as part of a children’s party. In that case, a Noordkade Uitjes staff member will accompany the children inside.
• Ages 14–16: Participation is allowed only when accompanied by a paying adult.
• Ages 16 and up: The escape room can be played independently without further supervision.

When you look up the desired activity on the website, you can immediately see when the escape room is available.
To do this, however, you’ll need to specify how many children will be attending and which package you prefer.

When you have arrived at step 3 you can choose the desired date and then you can see at what time the activity is still bookable.

For “Mystery of de Noordkade ,” the minimum age is 7. For “Escape Room: The Space,” the minimum age is 10.

When choosing a room, we recommend focusing on the theme the kids like best. For example, if part of the group is 9 years old and part is 10, The Space can still be a fun and challenging choice. Please note that The Space is in English but includes Dutch subtitles and translations.

No. Children play the same escape rooms as adults.
For children’s parties, we do add extra game elements (props) to make the game more accessible.

In addition, an experienced staff member from Noordkade Uitjes always accompanies the group inside. This supervisor helps the children when needed and ensures that everyone can follow along with the game.

Parents do not need to accompany their children inside during the escape room party. An experienced staff member from Noordkade Uitjes is always on hand to supervise the children during the game.

At Sim Racing Veghel, parents can watch the racing from the bar while enjoying a drink of their own.

At the escaperooms, unfortunately, parents cannot watch the activity.

At Sim Racing Veghel there is a bar at which the parents can sit, here they can watch the children throughout the hour.

Yes, that’s possible. When making your reservation, please indicate in the comments field that the children would prefer to eat fries before the activity rather than after.
We’ll adjust the schedule accordingly. In exceptional cases, this may not be possible. If that’s the case, we’ll contact you.

No. At Pieperz, a table is reserved for eating fries and one snack per child. If you wish to order additional items, such as drinks, extra snacks or ice cream, there will be an additional charge. These charges must be paid directly to Pieperz.

No, you’re not allowed to bring your own cake and eat it in our reception area.
We partner with Bakkerij Van Leur. Would you like a cake or pastries during the party? Feel free to let us know, and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.

A change in the number of children is usually not a problem. We do appreciate it if you let us know about any changes in advance.
For Sim Racing Veghel, changes must be reported no later than 24 hours before the start of the event. If changes are made later than that, cancellation fees may apply.

Please note that we require a minimum of 5 children. If fewer children ultimately participate, you will be charged for 5 children.
