Can I park close to the venue?
Right in front of our door you will find the large parking lot P1, where you can park for free. You can also park for free in parking lot P2 and P3, which are within walking distance of Noordkade Uitjes.
Is there hospitality at the de Noordkade location?
Noordkade Uitjes has its own reception area with a stylish bar, where you are welcome to enjoy a drink before or after your activity. Catering in this space is fully provided by the adjacent restaurant Wittern. In addition, de Noordkade offers a diverse selection of unique restaurants, lunchrooms, and coffee shops, so you will always find a suitable place to relax and enjoy a meal or a cup of coffee.
Is it possible to celebrate my birthday or anniversary party at Noordkade Uitjes?
Of course! We offer a wide range of options for a fully catered program, including appetizers, drinks or a complete walking buffet. We are happy to think with you to meet all your needs. Interested? Then feel free to contact us by phone at 0413 - 78 22 50.
Is it possible to combine several activities?
Sure, we can organize a full day for you, completely tailored to your needs. Whether you choose multiple activities one after the other, or a combination of activities with dinner, lunch, or drinks, we will make sure everything is arranged perfectly. Do you have a large group? Feel free to drop by for a cup of coffee so we can discuss the possibilities in person.
What payment options are available when I book online?
Payments can be made via iDeal, pin, cash or invoice. If you choose iDeal, you can pay directly online. For cash or pin payments , you pay at the bar on the day, with any drinks consumed also included on the bill.
For businesses, we offer the option to pay in arrears via invoice, where you receive one final invoice with all charges, including any restaurant meal charges. This makes it extra easy!
Until when can I cancel a reserved activity?
You can cancel a reservation up to 20 people free of charge up to 96 hours (4 days) before the start. Cancellation within 96 hours will incur a 100% charge.
Cancellations should be sent by email to info@noordkade-uitjes.nl. You will always receive confirmation of your cancellation.
For groups of 20 or more, cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the event. Cancellations within 30 days will be charged 50%, and cancellations within 96 hours will be charged 100%.
Any costs incurred with third parties will be charged on a one-to-one basis.
Did my reservation go well?
We always send a confirmation email after your reservation. If you have not received it, please contact us to verify that everything went well. Please note that our reservation system is automated, so it is possible that the confirmation email ended up in your spam folder.
What time should we attend?
With each reservation, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the time you need to be present. Be sure to be on time, as the activity will begin exactly at the specified time.
I would like to book at a different time and/or with a larger large group. Is that possible?
We work with set times for all activities. If this is not convenient, we can look for a solution together. Contact us by phone at 0413 - 78 22 50, and we will be happy to think with you.
Do you also provide children's parties?
At our place, two of the escaperooms are excellent for children, and children's parties are incredibly popular!
Escaperoom Veghel, featuring the 'Mystery of de Noordkade', is suitable for children aged 7 and up, as this escaperoom is Dutch-speaking. We recommend The Space Escaperoom for children 10 years and older. This escaperoom is more impressive, English-speaking with Dutch subtitles and translation.

We also offer children's parties at Sim Racing Veghel. Please note that children must be at least 1.40 meters tall to participate.
On our children's party page(click here) you can see the packages available. The children's party itself takes about an hour. At the escaperoom, a supervisor from Noordkade Uitjes accompanies the children. Parents can have a drink with us in the meantime or explore the rest of de Noordkade, but it is not possible to watch along with the supervisor.
At Sim Racing Veghel, parents can watch the full hour with the children.
How long will my activity last?
At Noordkade Uitjes we work with time slots for our activities. For the escaperooms and Axe Throwing we use time slots of 1.5 hours. For Sim Racing and virtual reality we have time slots of 1 hour. Although your activity does not always have to last the full time, it always ends at the end of the assigned time slot.
For example: if you booked an escaperoom before 2 p.m., you will begin with an explanation from our staff member, followed by an introductory video. You will then get to work on the escaperoom. If you are quick and skillful and manage to complete the escaperoom within the time limit, you will be after outside at 3:10 pm.
In any case, if you cannot complete the escaperoom within the time slot, or if there is a delay at the start, you will be after outside by 3:30 pm.
For how many people can Noordkade Uitjes prepare a program?
For groups of up to 500 participants, we can offer a fully catered program, including dinner, snacks and drinks.
Are the activities at Noordkade Uitjes wheelchair accessible?
Only the activities Axe Throwing, Nothing is what it seems, Key to the City, Ulli's Wunderschöne Bingoshow and the pub quiz are wheelchair accessible. The other activities are accessible only by stairs. If you have mobility problems and are in doubt, please feel free to contact us for more information.
