We always kick off skewering with an appetizer, this one
in the form of a homemade pizza roll.
During the skewering, 6 different skewers will come to the table as we go along. These skewers include: Beef tenderloin, Pork tenderloin, Chicken thighs, Fish dish, Halloumi and the cabbage steak. These are, of course, served with each their own sauce.
Beyond that, the table is filled with bread, salads, chips and
